2022 Macquarie Park On-site Roast Lamb Carnival

On September 9th, the Mid Autumn Day, Libra people successfully held an on-site roast lamb event at beautiful Wigla Park in Macquarie Park. The event, which was attended by a large number of attendees, featured a variety of delicious roast lamb dishes prepared by our talented chefs.

The event began with a welcoming speech from our host, who introduced the chefs and thanked the attendees for coming. Guests were then invited to sample the various roast lamb dishes, which included roasted leg of lamb with mint sauce, roast lamb shoulder with rosemary and garlic, and lamb kebabs with a variety of herbs and spices.

The roast lamb was cooked to perfection, with the meat tender and juicy and the flavors well-balanced and delicious. Attendees were impressed by the quality of the food and the skill of the chefs, and many commented on the deliciousness of the dishes.
